Who operates this site
Ceno Studio is operated by Ceno Labs Ltd (“Ceno”, “I”, “me”). The studio is run by Stephen Horsfall, who is also the person who reads and responds to anything you send through this site.
What the project-intake form collects
When you send a project brief through the contact form, I collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your project or company name (optional);
- your description of what you are building;
- your budget range and target timeline.
Why and how it is used
This information is used for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and reply to it. By submitting the form you consent to Ceno Studio storing these details and contacting you about your enquiry. There is no marketing list, no profiling and no sharing with third parties for their own purposes.
Processors
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered via Web3Forms, a form-processing service acting on Ceno's behalf. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement or business relationship, then deleted. If you send an enquiry and decide you would rather it be removed, ask and it will be deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@ceno.studio. Requests are handled directly by the operator of the studio.
Changes
If this notice changes, the update will be posted on this page with a revised date.
